P0356 Ignition Coil 6 Circuit Malfunction. Start by checking for battery voltage on the dark green/light green wire at ignition coil #6 with key in RUN posiiton. If you see battery voltage, check for grounding during cranking or running on the tan/light blue wire. If you see grounding, then the wiring harness and PCM are good. Next use a digital voltmeter to check coil resistance. It should be 0.6-0.9Ω. If not, replace the coil. With the key in the OFF positon and the coil connector disconnected from the coil, check the resistance between the dark green/light green wire and ground. If the resistance is less than 5.0Ω there's a short to ground in the coil driver circuit.
