how do i remove the back seat?

trying to get the seat belts out from under the back seat, but can't seem to figure out how to remove it.
i know that the back of the back seat folds down, but that doesn't help. please help

make a wire hanger fishy tool, and fish them out. to disassemble the back seat, as it pivots down there are methods of attaching it to the back piece, it may have bolts on the sides, it could be a push-in type affair with an escapement latch you must push while pulling up, I've seen both of these styles, the backseat may just push into place, or there are bolts that could be undone, but a telescoping inspection mirror (available from NAPA) a flashlight, and a hook tool made from a coathanger could possibly be the thing that finally makes your day easier.

i have a 99 300m just grab bottom edge in front of each passenger leg area and pull upward
