Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2010 Dodge Charger 5.7 v8 HEMI. I have a really bad shake in my engine. I just replaced all 16 spark plugs but I had to gap them myself (might be one issue) so I'll be repalceing those asap along with the coil packs. My main concern would the tremendous kick I get when I press on the accelerator. Not only that but I have to press what feels like an inch past the starting point for normal acceleration to get a response. Any ideas? I would like to try and fix it my self but I might just have to take it to a dealership.

the plug wires are back where they belong ? Stay away from the dealer take it to a technician , I don't think coil packs are the problem the car ain't that old . scan for codes even if the light ain't on

And there are no plug wires, the coil packs sit right on top of the spark plugs. One coil pack for every two spark plugs.

if your car shakes really bad when your press the gas it will be your motor mount because if it shakes while you step on the gas but when you let go it stops shaking then it will be your motor mount
