Can I buy something to keep my
hatchback from coming down
when I lift it up

Rear hatch lift supports should be in the vehicle already but they do lose their pressure over time. Strongarm part number 4539 should be available at most auto parts stores, you'll want 2 and you should be able to get the pair for about $60
