2010 impala 3.9l compressor short cycle AC issues
I've paid close to $2,000 on a new air conditioning
system complete from inside out. Yet every time I
am in park on a hot day or driving under 15 miles
an hour on a day hotter than 80 degrees my air
conditioning will short cycle. I have had my local
Air Conditioning shop verify let the refrigerant is at
the proper pressures that there is no leaks and
verified that he compressor is good along with all
the other cooling components. I spend more time
sweating then I do actually being cool. I have
replaced the Ambient Air Temperature Sensor.
From the research I have done I have seen
questions about the condenser fan and the
sensors associated, how is the condenser fan
supposed to work? What is its normal operation?
How do I troubleshoot properly?
