I have a 2010 Chevy Impala which used to be an old Police Car. I am unable to disable the child safety locks on my rear doors or let the person in the back of the car control the windows. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks that did help. I fixed that issue but I can't figure out how to make the windows in the back work. When I took the door panels off to make the doors work I seen where the wire were to hook up the windows but it like a wire was missing..? Can you shed any light on this?
