My 2003 Sebring Convertible started overheating today after idle for 15 mins. Turned car off and no fan, Coolant was boiling. Please help

After driving around for a while I went through a drive through and sat idle for about 15
mins.  As soon as I started driving again the thermostat was in the red and about to
overheat.  I made it home before that happened.  When I turned off the car the coolant
was boiling and bubbling and the fans weren't running at all.  I've replace the themostat,
radiator, overflow tank, and had a complete flush of the system.  Does anyone know
why it would overheat like this? And why aren't the fans turning on?

Did you turn on the a/c to force the fans on to confirm operation? I suspect the temp sensor for the fans has quit, or fuse has opened. Try checking those.

You may have a water pump issue, first check the themostat it may needs to be replace, second I would flush the cooling system.
