where do I add Bars Leaks in my 2008 Chrysler Sebring?

Asked by Kate Nov 11, 2016 at 11:40 AM about the 2008 Chrysler Sebring Touring Convertible FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a pinhole leak in my radiator that I want to fix with Bars Leaks.  But the only access I can find to the radiator is the coolant reservoir that has a locking pressure cap.  Is it safe to pour it in there?

Yes. That is your radiator cap, there is no access to the top of the radiator directly.

I would not use Bars Leaks myself. Try Aluma-seal.

Bars Leak will not fix your leak in the radiator. You're better off buying a radiator for $100 and replacing it.
