my car shutdown while driving

While driving my car seems to just shut off
for a few sec. and comes right back on but
goes real slow after it comes back on it
act's this way when driving a few miles or
20miles diagnostic test showed nothing and
now the battery light is on but it was tested
said battery is good

When battery light comes on it means there is a problem with the charging system most likely cause alternator not charging.
