My mustang won't start

My 2004 V6 Ford Mustang won't start, not even a
crank, I tried to reset the inertia switch and nothing,
I hit the starter to see if that was something and
nothing, I locked the cars steering wheel and
nothing what else is there to check ? Or what is the
problem? The car was working fine and then I
turned it off and 20 min later, the car wouldn't even
crank

Either have a low or bad battery, bad battery connections, or the charging system is not working. Check the battery connections, clean them up, see if the battery will charge and hold a charge or have it checked along with the alternator. Once you get the vehicle started you can have the charging system checked at an auto parts store.

Inertia switch only controls power to the electric fuel pump and does not have any effect on cranking of the engine.
