Can I use an x-pipe off a 5.0L mustang to convert a 2004 v6 mustang into a dual exhaust?

Yes you can, the only problem is the spread between the manifold connection. the H- pipe spread is a lot wider,and you will have to make some adjustments, but the X-pipe is basically the same as your Y-pipe spread you have on it now!!! hope this helps
