Question type: Car Customization

The engine compartment is primer paint.  The fender panels appear to have
been painted prior to assembly as with the bolts. This guy said this car was a
race car from day1.. sent from the factory to a "rouch like" special vehicle
place and built from the ground up,, it has to many race features to list.  Is this
believable and I how do I prove it?
