I have a 2002 ford mustang v6. It cranks and runs down the road but as it shifts in overdrive it starts hesitating like its running out of gas but has full tank. I replaced mogule.

Tom makes a good point, but when a car is trying to go into overdrive if it is under powered it has a hard time, How does the car run, how many miles? How long since your last tune up with fuel filter?
