2001 V6 convertible electricl "SHORT"

THE BATTERY DRAINS DOWN OVER A 24 HOUR PERIOD.  WHEN I TURN ON THE IGNITION KEY ALL GUAGES GO TO FULL SCALE INCLUDING TACH & SPEEDOMETER.  WHEN I PULL THE 40A PCM FUSE UNDER THE HOOD THE DRAINAGE STOPS.
