2004 Chrysler pacifica

Asked by Zephyr_4610 Mar 03, 2017 at 12:59 AM about the 2004 Chrysler Pacifica FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought the car and I am now hearing a tapping noise under the hood.
Upon looking under the hood there is a lot of water in the overflow tank. I cut
the car off and I can hear the water going I down the hose and the engine
making a hissing sound but the car doesn't run hot.

Well it will run hot if you don't find that coolant leak. Best figure out where it is coming from, or just take it into a shop to be looked at.
