To clear a fuel flooded engine if it's not too bad just hold the gas pedal all the way too the floor as your cranking it over, this turns off the injectors and allows the engine to take in just air, if it's not badly flooded it should fire off, when it does just release the gas pedal and let it idle for a minute or two, you may or may not see some excess smoke out the tail pipe for a short period of time. But if it is badly flooded you will have to remove all the spark plugs, disable the spark and crank the engine over until all the cylinders quit blowing fuel, then it is best if you can let it sit for a hour or two before reinstalling or replacing the spark plugs if they are too far gone to reuse, then reestablish spark and start the engine. Do you know what caused the flood problem?
