When I turn on the fan I get a load buzzing sound and no air whether its heat or a/c. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Sounds like the blower motor might be shot. If it's got gears intermeshing to spin the fan blade, they could be stripped. I would suggest pulling the blower motor and inspecting it.
