No power when driving

Asked by Ryansbuc Nov 12, 2019 at 12:15 AM about the 2012 Ford Focus S

Question type: General

My car went from working great to all
a sudden losing power when
accelerating at any speed. It started
out doing this once in a awhile over a
couple days to almost every time
within a week after driving. Code reads
"very small evap leak" but can't seem
to locate it and have a hard time
believing a very small leak would
cause so much issues. Does anyone
have any idea on what may be
happening and solutions to the
problem? It's also a standard
transmission

The evap leak will make it run erratic. Reppace evap solenoid. The leak is not a hose leak, most likely is the evap solenoid that's staying open.
