Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2005 sebring convertible.  I am experiencing the heat only coming out from the defrost area.  I switch to panel, floor, etc. but it stays on defrost.  Any suggestions?  The heat works fine.  Blower appears to be fine.  It just won't switch modes.

Could be a vacuum actuator problem ... Start the engine ... be sure it's quiet inside the car ... switch positions ... then trace where you hear the noise from ,,,, that should take you to the Blend or Mixer doors ,,, get a good light and a decent mirror to look under dash
