My 2012 Acura TL with 110K has failed engine last week without any prior
warnings!! I absolutely lost my mind that my car with all current maintenance
being done at the dealer shop since I purchased it brand new. Dealer is not
even sure what has caused the knocking and rattling noise coming from the
lower block of the engine. They recommend engine replacement for $5500.
so, Iam contemplating going after the Automaker to explain to me what, why
has the engine failed. Any other recommendation that i can get from this
forum??

Go to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration NHTSA and search for recalls by VIN number. Do the same with the Acura dealerships. They may have even failed to contact you about a service bulletin about a repair that would have prevented this. It sounds like a crankshaft bearing failure which also involves oil pumps and lubrication. The only recall I can find is for airbags. Document everything you do, especially service records regarding oil changes on time.
