Asked by MetaMas Jul 01, 2016 at 04:09 PM about the 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan R/T FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello all. I am new to the forum. I am having
trouble with my 2011 Grand Caravan R/T It was
running great. I drove it to store and when I got
back into it would not start. I turn the key and it has
full power to lights, radio, dash, ect and I hear the
what sounds like a hiss and nothing else there is
no turn over. Nothing, no sound from the engine at
all. I am a military spouse and my husband is in
another state right now this is my only way to get
anywhere with the kids. I am not a mechanic by
any means. So I need all the help I can get to get
this vehicle back on the road.

Please please help me.

This may or may not help but try putting vehicle in neutral and see if it starts. If it starts most likely the neutral safety switch needs to be adjusted or replaced if still no start in neutral would look at starter.
