Might be some leaves or other material that got sucked in near the blower. Sometimes cabin filters can get dislodged and have issues in there as well. Doubt you have a blower bearing issue but you won't know till you remove the panel and have a look. Good Luck!

I have an 07 and had the same problem. The drainage tube for the AC had the end crimped/ melted? It was closed. Anyway the condensation from the account was building up underneath the glove box. You will need to get underneath the car and open the tube and then remove the glove box and dry up the water , there's a sponge or filter under there that is soaked. I left the glove box out a couple of days to make sure it was dry.
