climate control

Asked by JimL Jun 04, 2012 at 10:32 AM about the 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Roadster RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My climate control has started to freak out .Without any warning it will turn on to full heat and full fan for no reason. I have to pull the fuse to get the fan to stop. It seems to reset itself after 24hrs ,but this is happening more often. Any ideas ?

I would buy a replacement climate control module/panel. They are the same (electrically and mechanically, but different looking) as the SLK climate control panels. There is one on eBay right now for the Crossfire that is in 'good working condition' for $9.99 +$15 shipping & handling.
