Hi my name is Shawn. My gas
tank will not go pass a quarter of
a tank and when it reaches that its
really on Empty. Someone said the  
gas float is stuck. Any answers ?

More than likely the sending unit is defective however gauges in the cluster can act up as well. The only way to verify is to take ohm readings from the sender and compare that to what they should be according to a shop manual. If your having other gauge issues within the cluster it may be suspect to failure. Good Luck!
