my car is in the lock position, can anybody tell me why

my car is in the lock position and want turn at all. I just got a new battery, starter, alternator, new key. but the battery keeps dying completely just got a new one can somebody please help. the car is completely dead. no lights, horn, my remote wont even work

You have a major draw somewhere. Make sure once you get it started that the under hood light,glove box light,dome light,trunk light is not staying on.Also an aftermarket anti-theft system will do it too.
