I would think that no adjustments need to be made. The engine computer will take care of high altitude adjustments.

This comment does not directly apply to your car but I have a 2015 Forster which was pinging from new in mountain driving. There is an update to the engine operating system to reduce this problem at high altitudes so Maybe there are updates for your car.
