Check your security system? Make sure battery has a full charge. My info for your security system, there is a starter motor lockout after 6 crank attempts with invalid key. The starter motor will no longer crank the engine. As far as the starter motor, leave the key in the on position for about 2.5 hrs, then the starter motor may start cranking again? You can use a battery charger on low charge, so the battery doesn't run down. As far as programming, most of my info says you need a scanner that can communicate with security system. If security system is the problem?
