engine getting hotter then normal engine shaking a little is it due to the cold intake system ? or something else any Ideas ?

I still think its in the CAI. I mean the problems started right after it was installed. Alot of CAI require a filter like a K&N that needs to be oiled, if the filter is over oiled it can cause the rough idle if that oil has contaminated the air flow meter or any of the other sensors.
