2008 Chevy Cobalt Problems

Hello!

While driving my 2008 chevy cobalt it loses power & reads message (Engine
power reduced) it will slow down then completely stop. I would turn it off then
wait 2 mins & it will start with no problem. It's been doing this for about 2
weeks.  Just a day ago, it completed stop & won't go anywhere.

had same message and did same thing. found broken wire on engine harness on top left side of engine
