Timing Chain/Belt

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi guys!

I have a 2011 Hyundai Elantra with 140K
miles. Runs like champ and always has.
However, I like to stay on top of my
maintence. Therefore, I've realized that I've
never paid any attention to my timing
chain.

I called Hyundai and asked them when the
normal mileage is to change the chain on
my model and they said that Hyundai uses
an "internally lubricated [something]" and
that it was never meant to be replaced.

My question is, should I believe them? The
guy sounded honest and this is a dealer
I've gone to for 5 years now.
