If the engine is running fine, I think fuel injector cleaning is unnecessary too. Pour some StaBil in the tank. It cleans and stabilizes the alcohol in the fuel. You don't need your engine flushed if you have the oil changed on a regular basis either.
I have a relative who has worked in the new car business for about forty years. I'll say it like he said it. If a dealership sells 1 million bucks worth of new cars a month, the repair shop is expected to do three million. To ring the point he told me to bring my new truck to the dealership for the "special 35 buck oil change" when it was due. When I got finished I called him and told him such. He then asked if they put a sticker on the windshield indicating the mileage for the next change. They did, it was five thousand miles. I then looked at the owners manuel and it indicated it be performed at 7500 miles. Do you think you need your injectors cleaned?
Well, here's an example. Purchased my truck new in 2003. It now has 110K on the meter. Injectors have NEVER been cleaned and the truck runs great. OH. I must add I never purchase gasoline from Sam Druckers general store unless I am a hundred miles from home and there isn't a major brand gas station within range.

I have a 2015 Mustang V6. Three days ago when I went in to have the oil changed (the car has 19600 miles), the service advisor said that it "was recommended" to have the fuel injectors and fuel system cleaned -- $260! I declined. How ridiculous to have this done when the car is running very well.
2002 F150 with 185,000 miles, no professional cleaning at all. The injectors work fine and I use Techron once in a blue moon.
OJ - I will say "HI" to Sam when I buy my gas next time.
My service technician says that the F-150 eco-boost engines need to have the fuel injection serviced at 30,000 interval. Non-turbo engines do not need the fuel injection service even at 100,000.
I have a 2008 Lincoln Town with 92000, and 2010 Ford F150 STX 4.6 with 52000, and have never had fuel injectors cleaned on either one. I just add fuel treatment to each one, and I use Non ethanol fuel for each one.
