Infiniti G37 .becuase the motor works fine but it
does not want to open

If you can hear the top hydraulic pump working your battery is OK. Maybe it is low on hydraulic fluid or you have leaking hydraulic cylinders.

When I press the button for it to open it try's to open but it doesn't and now the first lowering piece is laying in my trunk which is the black cover that comes down first .now my car is making a beep beep noise in the back under seat when the car is off .its killing my battery so I have to disconnect it every time .do you know anybody that could fix it in NYC ?

No, sorry. Try the yellow pages and call around. There is a website called Top Hydraulics that you might want to check out.
