Speedometer went out when jump started  now
radio and cig lighter and glove box lights dont work
help me fix this

All of those items could be on the same fuse. Check your fuses and change any that are blown. Fuse panel is under the dash - drivers side. The jump may have created a surge depending on how you hooked up the cables and knocked out a circuit or two.
