Doesn't want to start

I was at the gas station and since i didn't had much time
with the veihle i as putting the regular gas then a friend told
me that those car we supposed to put the premium so i did
change the regular to premium i didn't notice any difference
at all so i decided to changed it to the regular gas again
once i finish putting gas to my rx8 i got to the highway and
it shutdown while i was driving from now on it doesn't want
to start i already change spark plugs and nothing it just
cranks and it sounds like if it want to turns on but at then it
doesn't. What can it be? Do you think its the engine??

Changing to a lower octane will give you less MPG and or some drivability issues but not cut out on you. Did you put diesel in by mistake? Run the fuel tank down to less than gallon before fueling up? Any lights lit up on the dash? If so, scan for the trouble codes.
