2011 Toyota Highlander won’t accelerate after jumping it off.

My battery light started flashing then I lost all
power to my car. Turned it off and it wouldn’t
start back up. Let it sit for about 24 hours
then jumped it off. Started right up. The
check engine light and slid light is on now
though and it won’t accelerate. It will not go
over 1500 rpm. However the battery and the
alternator both tested fine and the code the
scanner is throwing is for a TPS sensor,
which has been checked and is fine. The
battery is holding steady at a 13.3-13.8.

Check for a blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse
Is that 13.3 - 13.8 with high drain accessories on? I fixed many Toyotas with low range alternator readings from 13.2 - 13.4 volts. The ECU wants a certain range.
The fuses are fine, we ended up changing out the throttle body and now it’s throwing the throttle actuator sensor. Still in limp mode.
6/07/2020 The same thing happened to me. 2011 toyota highlander. Went to the auto store and they put their tester on it and it showed that my throttle body was shot. Came home and googled it and it came up as what firebird 338 said to check your etcs fuse ( 55 cent item) and bingo solved the problem and saved me a lot of money. Throttle bodys aren't cheap. Hope this was help full to someone in trouble..
I’m having the same problem as well. But I replaced the alternator with a 130 amp one and it’s doing that. I just can’t figure it out. The ETCS fuse is good. I don’t know what it can be. Did you manage to fix yours?
