Stalled car, push start system, brakes locked

2011 maxima car stalled on the
freeway. I was able to pull over but
now it doesn't start. It's a push start
system and the brakes are locked.
What can be wrong?

There is power, there's a little light on the dashboard it's a car that has an image of a key inside.
