Where is the drain plug on the radiator for a 92 Cadillac Deville?

It is in a hole in the frame on the right side as you are standing in front of the car working on it. I always remove the lower radiator hose on these early model Cadillacs because it is easier and quicker. You will find out if you try to get to that plug

This design has always been a pain. If it does not leak, leave it alone and do as 9FSV8 said, pull the lower radiator hose.
