u are gonna have to start from square one. test the fuel pressure to see if it is within specs. even a new pump can be bad. wouldnt hurt to have the injectors tested.

ok low fuel pressure will definitely cause your car to do this. It could still be your pump even though it is new. it can also be the pressure regulator, but that is less common. if you can unhook the return line for the pressure regulator and the pressure comes up to spec, then the regulator is bad. or if you can remove the vac line and there is fuel in it the regulator is bad. You had a lot of work done too, and maybe somehow the fuel line got crimped or damaged that will cause low pressure.

My cadillac has good fuel pump ive changed all i could emagine but the fuel pump shuts off. And it wont start
