II have recharged my battery, tank is full of premium gas, ignition
coil is good,spark plugs spark

Maybe the tank is full but it sounds like you are not getting fuel to flow. I assume that, after charging, the car will crank but not start. You may have a clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump. Also make sure the air flow is not being restricted by a clogged air filter. If the problem is still evident, have the trouble codes read and see if any faults are detected. The dome light is not the source of the problem.
