I have a 2011 honda crv; the battery died and when I recharged it the anti-theft horn and i could hold the panic down for three seconds but it did not work. a

right now i have a terminal loose on my battery for it to go off.  as soon as i try to put the
terminal the anti-theft starts and will not go off.  any suggestions
