roaring sound driver front had hub bearing replaced new tires at a loss

Maybe a sticky caliper dragging on the rotor, I would lift the front end of the car with two jack stands and hit the gas and see if you still hear the sound...

I replaced both front wheel bearings still have the same roaring noise

I do not understand if the wheels is free the sound is going to stop nothing is moving
