My car was sitting for a week. I drop to pick up some pizza and parked. Upon
trying to start (push to start) my car the brake was "sticky" and it won't start. It

Sounds like a dead battery. You might have enough juice to light lights, but not enough to energize the devices that require more power. Today's cars have systems that run while the car is off and will drain an older battery in just a couple of day. Get a jump start and than have your battery tested.
