Is there a way to change the low beams to point either straight ahead or to the left. I'm in New Zealand where we drive on left side and lights must not point to the right. I will buy new lights if they are made the way I want.

I have a 92 Cadillac Eldorado and my horn wont stop blaring. ive looked at the fuse boxes BUT there is no fuse for the horn. tried locating my horn but the horn is just to loud to try and find it. anybody have any clue to where I should look to disconnect the horn? 3 Answers
