My A/C recently stopped working I have a 94
Cadillac Deville we took it into shop and they said I
needed to replace just the blower. I replaced it and
now it turns on for a few and off for a few what else
could it be?

That sounds like it is cycling on and off with the compressor. Are you sure you got the electrical connections correct?

I went through a mechanic. I don’t know how to fix that kind of stuff I can do basic tuneups changing spark plugs wires. Oil filters etc... I’ll call and make sure they did that though. Thanks.
