Used SUV with under 100,000 miles average to good MPG

I am looking for a used SUV that gets in the upper 20's mpg on the highway
that also has at least 73 cubic feet of cargo space with the back seat folded flat
or as flat as possible and under $10,000 that is reliable.

With that high a MPG, you are looking at picking up a Hybrid or Diesel version of any SUV. If you want that much cargo room, you are looking for a midsize or larger SUV, like a Toyota Highlander. Finding one for under $10K? It will have to be older and high mileage. As an example I found a 2009 Highlander with 200K miles for $10K for sale.
