Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I went for a drive on my lunch break. a work truck ran over a 12 inch to 24inch peice of hard plastic. Scrathed my front bumper and dinged my hood.  He pulled over, I got his info... What do I do now. Go see his boss and find out if they will pay the damages?

Sorta. Did you get his insurance info or just his driver info? If you got his insurance info, just file a claim with them. If you just got the driver info, contact the company for the insurance info and then file a claim.

Thank you. I'm just gonna pay the damages right out... it was only $120.00. I don't want to risk my rates being raised.

I don't think your rates would be raised, since you would not be filing a claim with your insurance company, but the truck driver's insurance company since it was his fault. Your insurance company won't know a thing about it.
