Check your water pump to make sure it is working, otherwise your coolant is just sitting still and that is why your car is running hot.

How can u check the water pump without changing it?

check and see if it is leaking water. In rare cases it will not leak water but you hear a squeaking noise coming from the engine area, and usually the bearings are bad, it looks it is running well, but the flywheel turning is not pumping coolant to cool the engine,

I got another issue with my caddy. the traction control light wont go off. what can I do to get it off and my traction restored?
