My radio and clock screen went blank
after I detached battery cables. Imy
vehicle is a 2011 honda accord ex  4
cyl.  I resolved the issue by replacing
Under hood fuse 15 labeled backup. 10
amp.

Replace under hood fuse #15 labeled back up. It is a 10 amp fuse. Good luck.
