1995 Cadillac DeVille

I the driver side tilted in a ditch full of water
so some of my mother got wet then I pulled
it out and it wouldn't start then kept turning
the key over and all it does is click then the
airbag popped out idk wat am I supposed to
do to get it to crank it was n tilted n da water
for about 10 or 15 mins

The engine is probably full of water. Maybe remove the spark plugs and see if the engine will turn over. Also if water got into the engine the oil will have to be changed as well as the transmission fluid.
