Does any one know where is the leveling system fuse or relay?

I have a 1995 cadillac deville that wont turn
on the leveling copressor. I waned to check
the fuse or relay first but all my fuse covers
are gone. The Service ride control light is on
.please help every time I hit the smallest pot
hole it sounds like I went tru a crater.
